Theresa leads an experienced Customer Service department on a day to day basis. Customer Service does everything from take orders from professionals, to answer questions about items we carry. Customer Service is something we treasure at Cape Medical Supply, and Theresa’s experience in the industry, attitude of caring, and ability to utilize her background to help, allows patients and professionals to feel a sense of ease when dealing with her and her department. The Customer Service department’s primary function is to field phone calls, enter orders into the system and ensure paperwork gets to distribution to be delivered to patients homes, hospitals, and facilities. Working with her department Theresa ensures Cape Medical does all it can to understand and service their customers and works closely with billing, professional relations, and respiratory to ensure a smooth information flow throughout the company.
Theresa has is a graduate of Barnstable High School and lives in Marstons Mills with her husband Paul and two children, Corey and Madeline.
