CPAP / BiPAP SUPPLY REPLENISHMENT SCHEDULE


Most Insurances will Allow: (always check with your individual insurance plan – not all insurance plans are the same and some have DME Benefit limits. It is your responsibility to know and understand your particular insurance plan / benefits. To learn more about your plan / benefits, call the Customer Service number listed on your insurance card)

□ 1 cushion / nasal pillow every 1 month

□ 1 disposable filter every 1 month

□ 1 6ft tubing every 3 months

□ 1 mask every 3 months

□ 1 headgear every 6 months

□ 1 chinstrap every 6 months

It is important to clean your mask, cushion / pillows and tubing as directed, and follow the replacement schedule above. Failure to do so could result in skin irritation and / or infections.

Your insurance company will not allow us to “automatically” send you supplies each month, so we ask that you please contact Cape Medical Supply at 800-339-3322 ext. 1045 to reorder your supplies.
