In her role as Retail Manager Rosanne works with all of Cape Medical’s walk-in customers. Customers come in to Cape Medical Supply for a variety of reasons; to be fitted for stockings, try out items they are considering buying, look at higher end items like seat-lift chairs, and get a general sense of the breadth and scope of the numerous items we carry. Rosanne is the consistently smiling face that greets them and caters to their every need during their time in the store. In addition to working with customers in the store, she also handles a variety of purchasing and stock related issues and works very closely with several other departments as they look to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and issues for our patients across South Eastern MA. Rosanne is incredibly knowledgeable about our products and services and her 20 plus years of service have given her a wealth of information about the needs and desires of the DME/Respiratory customer.
Prior to joining Cape Medical Supply, Rose worked on the Med/Surgery floor at Falmouth Hospital. She holds an Associate in Science Degree, Medical Assistant. Additionally Rose holds a Certificate in Compression Therapy, which helps her properly fit customers for compression therapy stockings. Rose has lived in Sandwich with her husband Gerry for over 25 years, is married with six children and six grand children. She has been extremely active in the Sandwich Community over the years, participating in Softball as a coach, Board of Directors for Sandwich Youth Hockey, the Athletic Boosters Club, and numerous other positions to help enrich the lives of students and families in our great town of Sandwich.
