Rob has been with Cape Medical Supply since 1989 serving in numerous roles throughout his long tenure with Cape Medical. In his current position as Director of Skilled Nursing Residences Rob works very closely with the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) community of Cape Cod, Plymouth County, and Nantucket. Cape Medical Supply has a division dedicated to serving the SNF’s in our area and our unique approach to handling their needs has helped us contract with virtually every SNF in our area. Rob has led this division since its inception in 2002, and is well versed in the numerous regulatory, financial, safety, and admissions challenges faced by our partners in the SNF community.
Rob works with everyone in the facility as he attempts to set up contracts for respiratory service, monitor ongoing issues, and work with the rehab staff to ensure Cape Medical's delivery technicians are properly delivering and instructing patients on the use of equipment they will be taking home upon discharge. In addition to his extensive roles inside the SNF's, Rob also works on projects and issues inside Cape Medical as needed; his extensive experience, from Delivery Technician to Operations Manager, provide him with an ideal background to assess and monitor company wide issues.
Rob holds a BA Degree from Stephen F. Austin University and lives with his wife Kathy in Centerville. In his spare time Rob can be found running the roads of Cape Cod; a serious runner, Rob has completed over 20 marathons, including Boston, New York, San Diego, and Cape Cod.
