Free Lecture: Understand and Improve your Sleep
Cape Medical Supply, in conjunction with Chatham Health and Swim Club, will host a free Lecture on April 8th, 11am-12 noon in Chatham, MA. The presentation is offered for those interested to understand the stages of sleep and influences that affect sleep patterns.
Topics to be covered include sleep hygiene, achieving quality sleep, and the negative health consequences of poor sleep. In addition, issues surrounding Sleep Apnea will be covered including how to get diagnosed and various treatment options.
