Insurance Billing Service
At Cape Medical Supply we understand the difficulties of navigating the third party payer healthcare system, which is why we maintain a staff of billing professionals, in-house, to handle all of the billing issues associated with providing the services and equipment we do. Our billing staff works closely with our Customer Service and Respiratory Departments to ensure patients are properly qualified for the equipment or service they will be receiving from us. In the event there is an issue with billing or co-pays, our staff of knowledgeable professionals is available to work with individuals, families, or agencies to help sort the problem out and ensure the beneficiary is receiving the most coverage available to them.
We believe it is essential to maintain an expert billing staff to work with our customers and take great pride in the team we have assembled to handle these duties. We have contracts with most major insurances, including all of the following:
- Medicare
- Medicade/MASS Health
- Blue Cross, Blue Shield
- Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare
- Tufts Health Plan
These are just a small selection of the health plans we are contracted to provide services and equipment for. If you do not see your provider on the list, please call and we will work with you to determine whether or not we can provide services to you, and if not where you may be able to receive comparable services in the area.
