On Thursday, September 09, 2010, Hospice & Palliative Care of Cape Cod will host its fifth annual golf tournament at Woods Hole Golf Club in memory of Dutch Wessner, who served the golf club for 44 years.
Hospice & Palliative Care of Cape Cod (H&PCCC) was honored to care for Dutch during his final journey. Now we hope you will join us to remember a man who was responsible for the growth of golf on Cape Cod, and help us raise funds to benefit the programs and services of H&PCCC.
