Cape Medical Supply is currently searching for qualified candidates for the following positions:
Respiratory Therapist: Seeking RRT or CRT with deep clinical background in home oxygen therapy and home sleep therapy. The ideal candidate should possess, in addition to strong clinical qualifications and background, a friendly disposition, strong work ethic, understanding of efficient business practices, strong desire to help patients, and a deep belief in the power of teamwork. Ideal candidate is available full-time, but per-diem candidates will be considered for the position.
Retail Sales Associate: JOIN OUR TEAM - The retail division of an Upper Cape Medical Supply Company is looking for a customer service representative to work with our clients. Candidates must be able to work a varied schedule, including some Saturdays, at our three retail locations. Medical and Retail experience helpful, excellent compensation.

Sales, Business Development and Professional Relations
Our Professional Relations staff works to grow awareness about who we are and what we do and reaches out to create partnerships between ourselves and the healthcare community. We seek proven leaders who have demonstrated a consistent ability to create growth and strong partnerships.
Customer Service
Our Customer Service staff works with our patients and professional partners to take orders and complete the paperwork required to execute accurate and timely deliveries. If you have a proven track record of professionalism, proficiency with phone and computer communications and a background in DME we would be interested in hearing from you.
Billing and Reimbursement
Our Billing department works primarily with our third party payers to ensure we collect the money we are owed for the services we are providing, and that our claims submission process is efficient and limits the amount of claims requiring re-working. We seek proven professionals who have a background in third party medical reimbursement and are ready to work in a fast moving environment.
Retail Staff
Our retail locations are a hub of activity as we service hundreds of patients every day with a broad list of needs and desires. We seek proven professionals who understand the complexities of the DME market and have demonstrated a positive attitude and ability to work with patients on complex problems, while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
Delivery Technicians
The demands of the road are many, but flexibility, friendliness, and speed are the orders of the day for the Cape Medical Supply Delivery Technician. If you understand medical equipment and respiratory care and enjoy working with patients in their home, and have a clean driving record and CDL, we would be interested in hearing from you.

Our Licensed Respiratory Professionals are dedicated to providing the highest quality clinical care possible to our patients and work as an integral point of contact for healthcare professionals and family members. If you are a Licensed Respiratory Care professional with homecare experience, who can manage a busy daily schedule and looks forward to working with numerous patients every day we would be interested in hearing from you.
