Helping our Tourists Travel Easier

A little over two months ago I wrote about how we were trying to improve the experience for tourists travelling to Cape Cod and the surrounding areas who needed medical equipment and respiratory care – and I am happy to report we have taken our first step in that effort by launching an online platform for them to submit details of their trip and needs and allow us to get back to them with a quote for their travels. As always they can call, fax, email, etc but in our efforts to make things as easy as possible for our in-bound travellers we wanted to enhance our website a little bit to make it as smooth and user friendly as possible for them.

Obviously the majority of the travel we handle comes in July and August, and though it’s only February we are already booking travel rental needs for customers…we get a LOT of return customers who appreciate our ability to do the job right for them and take that piece of stress out of their travel – so they make sure to call us very early in the process to make sure we’re going to be there for them again – we are!
