Research Yourself

Periodically I do a Google search of Cape Medical Supply, then just filter through the results to see what's out in the vast world of the web about our little company.  First, I am amazed at the sheer volume of corporate data that is out there; site after site with detailed breakdowns of key contacts, business profile, etc.  It makes for intersting reading.

Then, every once in a while, you bump into a review, like this one, and it makes your day:

I went to Cape Medical Supply to purchase a nebulizer for my asthmatic son. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They showed me how to use the nebulizer and had me practice using it before I left. They answered all of my questions and made sure I understood when I should call the doctor and when my son should use it. If I ever need any kind of medical equiptment I will go back to this store.

At the end of the day this is what we try to do, make people happy, and I think we are exceedingly good at it, though we are always trying to improve.  People come to us with very challenging situations, we simply try to play a small part in making things a little easier for them; service and a smile, paired with expertise, go a VERY long way these days.
