Nothing gives us greater pride than recognition of that fact; letters, phone calls, emails, notes – we get them quite frequently as our customers express their appreciation for the way we handled their needs, the speed with which we serviced them, or the kindness we offered during a delicate period for them and their family.
These compliments – this sincere appreciation – make up the rock solid foundation of our 30 years of success. Patients, customers, families, and healthcare professionals continue to turn to Cape Medical Supply for our clinical excellence, compassion, speed, and sensitivity to their needs. That’s who we are and it means a lot to us.

The Customer called and demanded to speak to a manager; when she was connected she heaped praise upon one of our retail managers for the job he did in helping her and her husband. He was just doing what he does every day – going the extra mile to help out someone in need.
