Mrs. Hendricks leads an experienced Billing and Reimbursement department on a day to day basis. In this role she ensures all patients are receiving the insurance coverage they are due and that Cape Medical Supply's accounts receivable performance is as efficient as possible.  As a service driven organization Cape Medical Supply places a strong emphasis on a high quality billing and collections to ensure patients minimize their out of pocket expenses and Cape Medical Supply maintains industry leading metrics in the areas of days sales outstanding and accounts receivable management.  Prior to leading the Billing and Reimbursement Department Mrs. Hendricks was the Manager of the Customer Service Department, working with professional and individual customers in the areas of intake, delivery processing and order confirmation.

Mrs. Hendricks has worked in the durable medical equipment industry for over fifteen years and takes great pride in her position and her family.
